STEVE GILLILAND

I am not a consultant or coach. I am an active participant in what I teach.

I walked away from a six-figure corporate career 26 years ago with a dream and a deadline. By year five, I wanted to earn an income equal to what I just walked away from in the company. By year ten, I wanted to be producing a seven-figure income.

By year three, I hit the six-figure threshold, and by my eighth year, I eclipsed one million dollars in annual revenue, which I have surpassed every year since.

As a SPEAKER...

  • My desire is to deliver a message that makes an initial splash followed by far-reaching ripple effects.
  • My goal is to influence people to begin the behavior change process so they can think bigger, act bolder, and implement smarter.
  • My success will be measured by my ability to get people to act or perform differently due to my presentations and interactions with them.
  • My distinctive vision of reality, observations, qualified advice, gift for telling stories, and ability to weave humor into my message are why I am continually sought after.

As a COACH...

  • My role is to partner with a speaker in a thought-provoking and creative process that allows them to explore their perspective and discover new possibilities for moving forward.
  • My proficiencies are in the four critical success factors of speaking: speaking ability, presentation arc, storytelling, and the business of speaking.
  • I show how to create more compelling connections between you and your customers and how to stand out and move up regardless of the economic climate in a specific industry.
  • I am not interested in helping people stick their toes in the water. You must make waves and go “all in” or stick to your day job.
  • My reputation in the speaking industry is for delivering results, not promising a “get-rich” scheme.

The FACTS...

  • I do not make my livelihood coaching speakers.
  • I do not coach everyone interested in becoming a speaker. I only coach people who have the potential to be professional speakers.
  • My annual seven-figure revenue is from SPEAKING fees, PRODUCT revenue, and ROYALTIES—not COACHING.
  • I am willing to share my profit and loss business statements with anyone serious about investing in themselves to build a six-figure speaking business.
  • I only host one forum annually that is limited to six people!

The more you share and give, the more you learn and gain.
