My primary purpose in coaching is to help people with the passion to become professional speakers and build a speaking business that will allow them to impact people. We are not a fit if your primary goal is to chase money. If your primary goal is to make an “all-in” commitment to the craft of speaking, and you have the potential and are willing to do the required heavy lifting, the money will find you.
As a child, you probably had at least one coach who helped you become stronger, faster, or better at something. But, if you remember, they didn’t do the hard work for you. Their job was to help you find the best within yourself.
The same is true with me. SpeakMore Coaching is about persistence, hard work, rejections, sacrifices, discipline, struggle, criticism, courage, failure, doubt, risk, and fear. The road to becoming a successful speaker isn’t for everyone. That’s why they made sidewalks.
There is an abundance of ideas, volumes of best practices, and countless opinions about how to build a successful speaking business. The secret is to align with a coach who has arrived at your desired destination and will move you in that direction.
